  • Time Clock Customers: No charge
  • PayClock Online Customers: No charge
  • PayClock Desktop Software Customers: No charge for first 30 days, or to address known issues or provide installation assistance.
  • Telephone support after this period is available with an Annual Support Agreement or for a charge of $49 for the first 30 minutes, then $49 for each additional 15 minutes.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express for this service.

Supported Software Versions

  • PayClock Online
  • PayClock Version 6

We no longer provide telephone support for old versions of PayClock desktop software prior to Version 6. You must upgrade your software to version 6 to receive telephone support.
