E-30 Error Displayed On The 700E

The 700E calculates worked and keeps track of all totals per card. If the 700E Displays E-30 when inserting a card, there could be debris in the card slot preventing the printer motor or print sensor from activating to print on the card. This could also occur when the ribbon is not seated correctly in the 700E. The solution is to remove and reinsert the ribbon and make sure there is no timecard or debris jammed in the card slot.


If the problem persists, the 700E must be repaired. If the 700E was purchased within the last 30 days, contact the vendor where the 700E was purchased to have it replaced. If the 700E was purchased more than 30 days ago, the 700E must be replaced.
