How To Set The Language On The 1500E

The language on the 1500E can be configured to print in English, French, Spanish or Portuguese. English is the default language. When the language is changed, the date and comments print in the selected language. To set the language:

1. Remove the top cover.
2. Press SELECT. If a password is set, the time recorder will display 99 99.
3. Enter the password. The password is required to access the settings. If it is unknown, the time recorder must be reset. To enter the password:
   • Press CHANGE to enter the first two numbers of the password.
   • Press SET.
   • Press CHANGE to enter the second two numbers of the password.
   • Press SET
4. Press SELECT to position the indicator mark next to Language.
5. Press CHANGE to select the Language selection.

6. Press SET to save the change.
7. Press SET again to exit the Programming Mode.

When completed, the 1500E will return to the normal display.
