- PayClock Online Customers: No charge
- PayClock Desktop Software Customers: No charge for first 30 days, or to address known issues or provide installation assistance.
- Telephone support after this period is available with an Annual Support Agreement or for a charge of $49 for the first 30 minutes, then $49 for each additional 15 minutes.

We no longer provide telephone support for old versions of PayClock desktop software. You must upgrade your software to PayClock Online to receive telephone support.
