If you purchased your product directly from Lathem, you may be able to return your product for a refund. Final credit given is pending an inspection by a Lathem technician upon product return.

After 30 days we will accept returns for credit up to 60 days less a 15% restocking fee.

* We do not allow returns for credit or refunds on "made to order" or customized products.
