How To Determine The PayClock Software Version

When using PayClock software, it is important to know the software version. When requesting support and to purchase additional features, the software version is needed. To determine the PayClock software version:

In PayClock Version 6:

  1. Open the PayClock Software. The top right corner of the Home tab displays:
    • The software version.
    • The installation date.
    • The registered users name.

In PayClock Express, PayClock EZ Version 5 and PayClock Pro Version 5:

  1. Open the PayClock Software.
  2. Click the About button in the top right corner.
    This opens the About box showing usage information:

·         Software Version

·         Application Path

·         Service Path

·         Purchased Employees

·         Active Employees

·         Serial Number

·         Database Path

·         Current User

·         Inactive Employees

·         Terminated Employees

These versions have been discontinued.
