How To Set The Date On The 900E

Setting the date on the 900E is essential for accurate time tracking and record keeping. To set the date on the time recorder:

1. Remove the top cover.
2. Press Select. If a password is set, the time recorder will display 99 99. The password is required to access the settings. If it is unknown, the time recorder must be reset. To enter the password:
   
   
   • Press CHANGE to enter the first two numbers of the password.
   • Press SET.
   • Press CHANGE to enter the second two numbers of the password.
   • Press SET
3. Press Select to move the Indicator under DATE.
4. Press CHANGE to change the year.
5. Press SET to save the change.
6. Press CHANGE to change the month.
7. Press SET to save the change.
8. Press CHANGE to change the day.
9. Press SET to save the change.
10. Press SET again to exit the Programming Mode.

When completed, the 900E should return to the normal display.
