How To Set The Time On The 900E

Setting the time on the 900E is essential for accurate time tracking and record keeping. To set the time on the time recorder:

1. Remove the top cover.
   
2. Press Select. 
   
3. If 99 99appears, enter the password. The password is required to access the settings. If it is unknown, the time recorder must be reset.To enter the password:
   
   
   
   • Press CHANGE to enter the first two numbers of the password.
   • Press SET.
   • Press CHANGE to enter the second two numbers of the password.
   • Press SET
4. Press Select to move the Indicator under TIME.
   
5. Press CHANGE to change the hour.
   
6. Press SET to save the change.
   
7. Press CHANGE to set the minutes.
   
8. Press SET twice to save the changes made.

When completed, the 900E should return to the normal display.
