How To Set The Print Order On The 900E

The 900E can be setup to print in a different order. By default, the unit prints the month, date, hour and minutes. To set the print order:

1. Remove the top cover.
   
2. Press SELECT. If a password is set on the unit, the time recorder will display 99 99.
   
3. Enter the password. The password is required to access the settings. If it is unknown, the time recorder must be reset. To enter the password:
   
   
   
   • Press CHANGEto enter the first two numbers of the password.
   • Press SET.
   • Press CHANGEto enter the second two numbers of the password.
   • Press SET
4. Press Selectto move the Indicator under PRINT ORDER.
   
5. Press CHANGEto select the Print Order from 1 to 14:
   

6. Press SET to save the change.
   
7. Press SET again to exit the Programming Mode.

When completed, the 900E should return to the normal display.
