How to Enable Outside of Geofence Exceptions in PayClock Online

Outside of Geofence exceptions are only generated when "Require Geofence to punch if Available" is enabled.

Steps to Enable Outside of Geofence Exceptions

1. Click the Timecards section on the left side menu.

2. Click the Exceptions tab above the employee names.

3. Click the 3-line (hamburger) menu button next to the employee search bar.

4. Select Manage Exceptions.

5. Scroll down the Exceptions to Show list.

6. Check the Outside of Geofence checkbox.

7. Click Save and Exit.

8. Employees who punch outside of the geofence will now appear under the Exceptions tab.

Optional Step

9. You can view where the punch was made by selecting the punch on the Timecards screen, clicking the pencil icon, and selecting Show on Map in the blue pop-out window.
