How To Change The Sound Volume On A PC50 And PC60 Terminal

Preset sounds can be linked to employees punching in and out on the PC50 or PC60 Terminal. The volume can be adjusted in the software, which will change it on the terminal. Custom sounds cannot be setup. To change the volume:

In PayClock Version 6:

1. Click the Terminal Manager tab and click on the PC50/PC60 terminal.
2. Click the Audio
3. Move the Audio System Enabled slide bar and click Save.

In PayClock EZ and PayClock Pro:

1. Click System | Preferences tab in the System setup.
2. Click the Setup Audio button on the Preferences tab.
3. Move the Audio Volume at Terminal slide bar and click Apply.

In PayClock Express:

1. Click the Audio button on the Ribbon Bar.
2. Move the Audio Volume at Terminal slide bar and click Apply.

Changes take affect instantly. PayClock Express, PayClock EZ and PayClock Pro were discontinued and replaced with PayClock Version 6. For further assistance, contact our Technical Support Department at 404-691-1064.
