How do I upgrade the PC600 for use with PayClock Online?

Checking the PC600 terminal version
Not all versions of the PC600 terminal are compatible with the PayClock Online software. The PC600 terminal must be running version 2.0.1.10 or later to be compatible with PayClock Online.

To check the version of the PC600 terminal follow these steps.

1. At the PC600 press the Admin button. The Enter PIN screen will display.
   
   
2. Using the numeric key pad enter the administrator PIN number and press Enter.
   
   
3. The Administrator Main Menu screen will display.
   
   
4. Press Device Information. The Device Information screen will display.
   
   
5. At the bottom of the screen the version will display.
   
   
6. Version 2.0.1.10 or Later - No changes or updates are needed. The PC600 is compatible with PayClock Online.

Version prior to 2.0.1.10 - The PC600 terminal must be updated, it is not compatible with PayClock Online.

Updating the PC600 terminal version

To update the version of the PC600 terminal follow these steps.

1. At the PC600 press the Admin button. The Enter PIN screen will display.
   
   
2. Using the numeric key pad enter the administrator PIN number and press Enter.
   
   
3. The Administrator Main Menu screen will display.
   
   
4. Press Device Information. The Device Information screen will display.
   
   
5. Press the Check for Updates button. Please be patient this may take a few minutes.
   
   
6. If an update is found proceed following the on-screen prompts.
