If you have not validated your email address from the login screen to have the Forgot My Password option available to you the process to have your password reset will be submit an email to passwordreset@lathem.com. The e-mail must contain:
- Your Company Name.
- Your Company ID Number.
- The User Name that needs its password reset.
- A contact phone number.
Your request will be processed and the password will be e-mailed to you. If you require further assistance please contact tech support at 404-691-1064. A password reset is not required if you have migrated from an older version of Payclock to Payclock Online. After a migration the password is the defaulted password of lathem.
