Automatically send your exports on a schedule — no manual steps required!
We’re excited to introduce a new time-saving feature in PayClock Online: Scheduled Email Exports. This enhancement allows you to automatically send your export files to designated recipients on a recurring schedule.
With Scheduled Email Exports, you can:
Create custom email schedules for any export type(Excluding Integrations).
Choose the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) that fits your needs.
Ensure the right people receive the latest data automatically.
Once configured, PayClock Online takes care of the rest — your exports are generated and emailed based on the schedule you set.
How to Get Started
Go to Integrations from the main menu.
Select the export you want to schedule.
Click Schedule Export on the top menu bar.
Setup your frequency, recipients, and start date.
Save your schedule — and you’re done!
Your export will now be automatically sent via email on the dates and times you’ve selected.
