PayClock Online Application/Browser Side Requirements
You must verify that your computer and network meet the requirements listed below in order to run the PayClock Online application.
Requirements:
- Processor: 1 GHz or higher
- Operating System: (Used for Agent installs)
- Microsoft Windows 32-Bit or 64-Bit
- Windows 8.1
- Windows 10
- Server 2008, 2012 (Standard or Enterprise Edition)
- Memory: 1 GB of RAM or higher
- Display: 1024x768 or higher resolution
- Internet Connection: High Speed Broadband Connection Required!
- Network Interface: Network adaptor configured for TCP/IP connected to a switch on LAN network.
- Windows Supported Internet Browsers: (Used for PCO): Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox
- MAC Supported Internet Browsers: (Used for PCO): Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari
- ChromeOS Support Internet Browser:(Used for PCO): Google Chrome
- Microsoft Windows 32-Bit or 64-Bit
- Additional Software:
- Acrobat Reader (Required for viewing reports)
Note regarding private networks:
PayClock Online will work fine on a private network behind a router.
No port forwarding is required. Outgoing traffic on these ports needs to be allowed in any web filters or firewall settings. Specifically, port 7350 which will be sending HTTPS traffic. Some firewalls will block this port as they are not expecting HTTPS traffic to go out to a port other than 443.
- Domains – The PayClock Online Application uses the following domains:
- payclock.com: HTTP and HTTPS traffic on standard ports
- For existing PC600 support, the following domain name will also be used:
terminal.payclocknet.com: HTTPS traffic on port 7350
- Ports:
- The following ports are required and should be open to all data traffic coming in and going out
80 (Standard Port)
443 (TCP/IP Port) – (Port 443 contains SSL encrypted traffic) (Standard Port)
447 (TCP/IP Port) – (Used by the PayClock Agent to check for updates)
