Sometimes the 800P stops printing due to the calibration of the TruAlign feature being off. To correct this, you will need to go into the settings of the 800P and run through the calibration process. This process is conducted in two different ways depending on what firmware is on the clock. To find the firmware unplug the clock from the power and plug it back in. The firmware will display when it first powers up.
For Firmware less than F502:

- Continuously press the Set button until the number on the left is a 15.
- Press the + button once until the number on the right is a 1.
- Press the Set button once and the display should read CAL1.

- Press the Set button to complete the calibration process. The clock should go back to the normal time display.
- Using the two values you made note of earlier, subtract the lower value from the larger one. The difference between the two should be greater than 50. If this is not the case please repeat the calibration steps above.
