Biometrics Storage Waiver

PayClock Online biometric clocks can store biometric information locally on the clock. However, if you would like the biometric information to be uploaded to the PayClock Online database so it can be synchronized across multiple clocks, a Biometrics Storage Waiver must be completed.

Requesting a Biometrics Storage Waiver

1. Contact Sam Wells at swells@lathem.com to request a Biometrics Storage Waiver.
2. We will provide you with a link to the waiver form.
3. Complete the waiver form with the requested information and submit it as instructed.
4. Once the process is complete, the biometric information will automatically be uploaded to the PayClock Online database and synchronized across the clocks.

Important Notes

• Biometric information can be stored locally on the clock without being uploaded to the PayClock Online database.
• A completed Biometrics Storage Waiver is required to store biometric information in the PayClock Online database and synchronize it across multiple clocks.
• Biometric storage is not available in some states due to state laws and regulations that restrict or prohibit the storage of biometric information.
