400E Time Clock does not accept time cards.

If your 400E time clock does not accept time cards, this could be caused by a couple of reasons:

1. Please verify that the 400E power supply is firmly plugged into the back of the clock and the wall outlet. If there is still no power please attempt a different wall outlet.

2. If the time card attempting to be inserted in the clock is damaged or a time card was removed by force, the clock will not accept the card. For damaged time cards, please test the clock with a different time card.
