1. The employee should step towards the clock and stop when their face is within 9 - 25 inches; the clock will detect the employee and start the face recognition automatically.

1. With the face detected, the screen will display the employee's image and a message will show a the bottom of the screen guiding the employee.

1. When the employee's face is in the correct position a blue frame will display on the screen and the clock will scan the employee's image.

1. When the employee is successfully verified a confirmation beep will sound, a text message will appear, an audio message may be played and the punch will be added to the employee's timecard.
