PayClock Online Exports

PayClock Online has several standard payroll export interfaces to accommodate the most commonly used payroll and accounting software systems. Some of the interfaces export hours to a file to import into the payroll software. Other interfaces transfers employee hours directly into the payroll software. The standard payroll interfaces are:

PayClock Online also has an ASCII Payroll export that be configured to export payroll data to a file as an excel document or delimited by comma, tab or a custom character. Custom exports for payroll software packages not listed are also available. For a custom payroll export for PayClock Online, download the Custom Payroll Export Order Form, complete it and email to your PayClock Online Account Manager, with the payroll import requirements forms of your payroll software. PayClock Online Reports

PayClock Online has 41 standard reports. If the standard reports do not meet business needs, a custom payroll report can be created. To have a custom report created:

1. Download the Custom Report Order Form. Disregard sections on exporting payroll.
2. Complete the form with the relevant data pertaining to the report you need.
3. Attach a copy of a sample report.
4. E-mail a copy of the completed form and a sample report to your PayClock Online Account Manager.

The Custom Report Order Form must be completed, signed, and submitted by fax along with a sample report. A signature on the form is required. Costs for the custom report depends on the development tasks. The Sales Department will call with the cost of the report.
