Payclock Online has the option for a Web Portal or Mobile App for each employee so that they can view only their timecard and clock in and out with a web browser. To set this up per employee:
For The Web Portal:
- Click on Employees at the left.
- Select the employee from the list.
- To the right click on the Access tab.
- Select the Allow Login To Web Portal option from the Web Portal Login options and click save at the top.
- Press the Change Password button to change the employee's password for logging into the web portal.
For Mobile Access:
- Click on Employees at the left.
- Select the employee from the list to the left.
- To the right click on the Access tab.
- Select the Allow Login To Mobile option from the Mobile Application Login options and click save at the top.
- Press the Change Password button to change the employee's password for logging into the web portal.
Whether it is on a computer or on their mobile phone have your employee log onto the Payclock Online website. Their User ID will be their pin number set in the software. For further assistance please contact our Technical Support Department at 404-691-1064.
