How To Transfer Card Totals To A New Card On A 7500E

The 7500E calculate day and accumulated totals on a card until the cards' limit is reached within one pay period. When the the card has 64 punches, the totals must be transferred to a new card. To transfer card totals:

1. Remove the top cover.
2. Press and hold the CHANGE button for 3 seconds.
3. When the screen changes, release the CHANGE
4. Press CHANGE to change the number displayed to the number to that will be reassigned.
5. Press SET to save the change.
6. Press CHANGE to choose the new card or insert the new card.
7. Press SET to save the change.
8. Press SET again to exit the Programming Mode.

Once transfer is complete, the employee can clock in/out using the new timecard.
