How To Set The Rounding On The 7500E

The 7500E can be set for Hours or Punch rounding. Hours rounding rounds total hours worked. Punch rounding rounds each punch. The Rounding Units round to the nearest 15 minutes (1/4 of an hour) or the nearest 6 minutes (1/10 of an hour.)  To set the rounding:

1. Remove the top cover.
2. Press and hold the FUNCTION button for 3 seconds.
3. When the 7500E beeps, release the FUNCTION
4. Press the FUNCTION button to move the Indicator Mark under ROUNDING.
5. Press the CHANGE button to select the Rounding Type.
6. Press SET to save the change.
7. Press the CHANGE button to select the Rounding Unit.
8. Press SET to save the change.
9. Press SET again to exit the Programming Mode.

When completed, the 7500E should return to the normal display. Trying to set or change the rounding while cards are stored will produce an E-49 Error and an All Cards Reset must be performed.
