How To Set The Time On The 7500E

The 7500E calculates worked time between punches and accumulates totals on the card for a pay period. For this to occur, the time recorder must be accurately set with the time. The unit is set by default to communicate with the atomic clock. The time zone and Daylight Saving Time settings must setup correctly. Manually changing the time could cause problems with calculations. To set the time:

1. Remove the top cover.
2. Press and hold the DATE/TIME button for 3 seconds.
3. When the 7500E beeps, release the DATE/TIME
4. Push the DATE/TIME button and position the Indicator Mark next to the TIME
5. Press CHANGE to set the Hour.
6. Press SET to save the change.
7. Press CHANGE to set the Minutes.
8. Press SET to save the change.
9. Press SET again to exit the Programming Mode.
