The 7500E, by default, displays hours in Standard AM/PM format and is set for the Eastern Time Zone. However, the display setting can be set to display the hours in Continental or Military format. The time zone can also be changed to another United States and Canadian Time zone. The time zone antenna can also be disabled. To set the display hours and time zone:
- Remove the top cover.
- Press and hold the DATE/TIME button for 3 seconds.
- When the 7500E beeps, release the DATE/TIME
- Press the CHANGE button to change the display format.

- Press SET to save the change.
- Press the CHANGE button to change the time zone. Options are:

sets the time zone for Pacific. |

sets the time zone for Other. |

Disable the time zone reception. |
- Press SET to save the change.
- Press SET again to exit the Programming Mode.
When completed, the 7500E should return to the normal display.
