How To Set The Date On The 7500E

The 7500E calculates worked time between punches and accumulated totals on the card for a pay period. For this to occur, the time recorder must be set with the date. To set the date:

1. Remove the top cover.
2. Press and release DATE/TIME to move the indicator mark under DATE.
3. Press CHANGE to change the Year.
4. Press SET to save the change.
5. Press CHANGE to change the Month.
6. Press SET to save the change.
7. Press CHANGE to change the Day.
8. Press SET to save the change.
9. Press SET again to exit the Programming Mode.

When completed, the 7500E should return to the normal display. Changing the date will reset the cards stored in memory. New cards must be issued.
