The 7500E calculates worked and keeps track of all totals per card. If the 7500E Displays E-30 when inserting a card, there could be debris in the card slot preventing the printer motor or print sensor from activating to print on the card. This could also occur when the ribbon is not seated correctly in the 7500E. The solution is to remove and reinsert the ribbon and make sure there is no timecard or debris jammed in the card slot.
If the problem persists, the 7500E must be repaired. If the 7500E was purchased within the last 30 days, contact the vendor where the 7500E was purchased to have it replaced. If the 7500E was purchased more than 30 days ago, the 7500E must be replaced.
