Daylight Saving Time dates must be initially programmed into the 7500E. They must also be programmed in the event of the 7500E being reset. The 7500E will automatically set the dates for the next year. If the 7500E was not set up to change automatically for Daylight Saving Time, the time must be manually adjusted by 1 hour.
After adjusting the time, the 7500E should return to the normal display with the correct date and time. Calculations must be adjusted manually on the employee timecards if employees clocked in before the time was changed. The 7500E cannot be programmed to calculate employee hours based on the change. Verify the 7500E Settings for the next Daylight Saving Time change.
