The 6000E must be programmed with the date on startup or if it was reset. The 6000E shows the date in YY-MM-DD format. This cannot be changed. To program the date:
- Remove the top cover.
- Press SELECT until the DATE/TIME button is lit.
- Press the Right Arrow (
 ) to select the Year.
- Press the Plus button (
 ) or the Minus button ( ) to set the Year.
- Press the Right Arrow () to select the Month.
- Press the Plus button () or the Minus button () to change the Month.
- Press the Right Arrow () to select the Day.
- Press the Plus button () or the Minus button () to change the Day.
- Press SET after the display shows the correct date.
When completed, the face time will set itself to match the digital display. |
