How To Reset A DWA-S Sonachron Program Timer To Factory Settings

If the DWA-S becomes non-responsive or if the display freezes, the timer must be reset to factory settings. This reset is a complete power down and power up of the timer. In completing this task, all programmed events will be lost! To reset the DWA-S:

1. Disconnect the DWA-S from AC Power.
2. Remove the two screws holding the left panel in place.
3. Remove the left panel.
4. Disconnect the leads on the battery.
5. Reconnect the DWA-S from AC Power, first.
6. Reconnect the leads on the battery.
7. Place the left panel and screws back onto the DWA-S.
8. Set the time and date.
9. Program the events.
