How To Set The Language On The 5000E Plus

The 5000E Plus has several language options. By default, the language is set to English. Other languages are Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, French or Numeric. To set the language:

1. Remove the top cover.
2. Press SELECT. If a password is set, the clock will display 99 99.
3. Enter the password. The password is required to access the programming. If it is unknown, the time recorder must be reset. To enter the password:
   • Press CHANGE to enter the first two numbers of the password.
   • Press SET.
   • Press CHANGE to enter the second two numbers of the password.
   • Press SET
4. Press SELECT to position the Indicator Mark next to language.
5. Press CHANGE to select the Language selection:

6. Press SET to save the changes.
7. Press SET again to exit the Programming Mode.

When completed, the time recorder should return to the normal display.
