Starting on June 24 2022, some clocks of the PC and CT Series family will no longer send punches over to PayClock Online due to out of date firmware. To fix this issue please click the link below for your model clock to update its firmware. Once the clock has been updated, any punches previously stored in the clock and future punches will be sent to PayClock Online.
After updating your firmware and if your time clock is still not transmitting punches to PayClock Online, please reboot your time clock. To reboot unplug your time clock from the power for 30 seconds and plug it back in. After the clock has booted, you should see punches in PCO.
