Due to the changes in PayClock's software structure, which now uses Client/Server Technology for the Data Access Method, firewall and antivirus software settings may be preventing the software from functioning properly. Review the computer and/or network firewall settings to add the listed files below as exceptions. For PayClock, in the C:\Program Files\Lathem Time Corporation\PayClock folder, add these files:
- dbsrv11.exe
- LicenseManager.exe
- SupportAssistant.exe

- Lathem.USBTM.Service.PC600.Service.exe

For USB Terminal Manager, in the C:\Program Files\Lathem Time Corporation\PayClock folder, add these files:

- EnrollWiz.exe

- Lathem.USBTM.Service.DpConsole.exe
- Lathem.USBTM.UI.exe
|
These TCP/IP and UDP ports should also be allowed as they are used by PayClock Version 6.

- 7351 (TCP/IP Port)
- 9002 (UDP Port)
|
- 2638 (TCP/IP Port)
- 9003 (UDP Port)

After making the necessary changes to firewall settings, it may be required to restart the computer. When the computer is restarted, the changes to the firewall should take affect. Review the specific regulations for the Firewall Software used.
