DWA-S Sonachron Update Information For Daylight Saving Time

The DWA-S Sonachron Program Timer had an update to compensate for the changes to Daylight Saving Time based on the Energy Policy Act Of 2005:

• DWA-S Sonachron Program Timers with serial numbers D-270475 or earlier must have the front panel updated to support the Daylight Saving Time dates. The part number for the front panel is SAI-1210.
• DWA-S Sonachron Program Timers with serial numbers D-270476 to D-270794 must have the front panel updated to support the Daylight Saving Time dates. This can be done with the Front Panel or an updated EPROM. The part number for the front panel is SAI-1210. The part number for the EPROM is VII0600.
• DWA-S Sonachron Program Timers with serial numbers D-270795 and higher are updated and automatically adjust for the changes in Daylight Saving Time dates.

The Front Panel can be updated by a local dealer or Lathem Time. To locate a dealer to update the DWA-S Sonachron, use our Dealer Locator. Select Bell Ringers for the Product Selection. To have the DWA-S Sonachron Program Timer updated at Lathem, contact our Return Merchandise Authorization Clerk at 404-691-1064, to send the DWA-S to Lathem to upgrade the front panel.
