The 6000E must be initially programmed with the Daylight Saving Time dates. The unit will automatically set the dates for the next year.
The Lathem 6000E Time Recorder was discontinued. Service and support is still available while parts last. To program the Daylight Saving Time dates:
- Insert the key into the top cover and turn it 1/4 turn to unlock the cover.
- By holding the left and right sides, lift the top cover up.
- Press SELECT until the D.S.T. button is lit.
- Press the Plus button (
 ) or the Minus button ( ) to change the Year.
- Press the Right Arrow (
 ) to select the Month. Press the Plus button () or the Minus button () to change the Month.
- Press the Right Arrow () to select the Day. Press the Plus button () or the Minus button () to change the Day.
- Press SET to save the change and set the ending date.
- Press the Plus button () or the Minus button () to change the Year.
- Press the Right Arrow () to select the Month. Press the Plus button () or the Minus button () to change the Month.
- Press the Right Arrow () to select the Day. Press the Plus button () or the Minus button () to change the Day.
- Press SET.
When completed and the cover it placed, the analog display should change to match the digital display |
