How To Set Up The 7500E For Daylight Saving Time

Daylight Saving Time dates must be initially programmed into the 7500E. The unit will automatically set the dates for the next year.

1. Remove the top cover.
2. Press and hold the FUNCTION button for 3 seconds.
3. When the 7500E beeps, release the FUNCTION
4. Push the FUNCTION button and position the Indicator Mark next to DAYLIGHT SAVINGS.
5. Push the CHANGE button to change the Year.
6. Press SET to save the change.
7. Push the CHANGE button to change the starting Month for Daylight Saving Time.
8. Press SET to save the change.
9. Push the CHANGE button to change the starting Day for Daylight Saving Time.
10. Press SET to save the change.
    
    After a few moments, the unit will flash the Year again to set the ending date.
11. Push the CHANGE button to change the Year for Daylight Saving Time.
12. Press SET to save the change.
13. Push the CHANGE button to change the ending Month for Daylight Saving Time.
14. Press SET to save the change.
15. Push the CHANGE button to change the ending Day for Daylight Saving Time.
16. Press SET to save the change.
17. Press SET again to exit the Programming Mode.

Once the Daylight Saving Time settings are set initially, they wouldn't need to be set again, unless the 7500E is reset. Each year, the unit will use the settings from the previous year to determine the Daylight Saving Time settings.
