Steps To Use 'Pin & Face' On A FaceIN Terminal

Pin And Face is one of the validation types used on a FaceIN terminal. This currently includes the FR650 and FR700 terminals. In order for an employee to punch using Pin and Face:

1. In PayClock, click Setup | Employees or Maintain Employees from the Home tab.
2. Select an employee.
3. Click the terminals tab.
4. Select the FaceIN terminal (FR650 or FR700.)
5. Select Pin and Face for the Validation Type.
6. Click Save.
7. Click Update Terminals.

When employees are enrolled with Pin And Face, the backspace button () must be pressed prior to entering the PIN number. For further assistance contact our Technical Support Department at 404-691-1064.
