When employees are trying to punch on the FaceIN terminal, the terminal may show 'Already Attended.' When this occurs, the clock is not recording a punch. To correct the problem:
If the unit is plugged into the network:
- In Payclock, click the Terminal Manager tab.
- Click the FR700 or FR650 in the terminal list.
- To the right, click the Settings tab.
- Click Set to set terminal date and time.
- Have an employee to punch.
- Poll the terminal to verify the punch is polled.
For standalone units that download punches to a USB drive:
- Unplug and re-plug the terminal to AC Power.
- Have an employee to punch.
- Download punches to the USB Thumb drive.
- Verify the punch appears in the software.
Since the terminal was displaying Already Attended, no actual punch data was recorded. There would be no data to poll or download to a thumb drive.
