How To Determine Network Information On An FaceIn Terminal

Networking information programmed into the FaceIn Terminal may be needed for various reasons. For example, there are instances where the MAC Address must be known. This address is not noted on any documentation. To locate the MAC Address and other network information:

1. On the FaceIN, Press the MENU
2. Scan in to access the Admin Menu.
3. Press 5 - System Info.
4. Press 2 - Product Info.

The display should display IP Address, Subnet Mask, Gateway, MAC Address, internal serial number, and firmware version. To exit to the normal display, press ESC three times. For further assistance, contact our Technical Support Department at 404-691-1064.
