Employees can punch on a PC600 with a proximity badge, key fob or using a pin on the Touch Screen. The Touch Screen is also used for administrator and supervisor functions. If the display is not responding to touch:
- Locate the PC600 Serial Number either on the back of the unit or in PayClock on the Terminal Manager tab.
- Contact our Technical Support Department at 404-691-1064.
- Give the agent the serial number and let them know the Touch Screen is not responding.
The agent should process a return merchandise authorization for repair of the PC600 terminal or send a replacement PC600 terminal depending on the warranty status. If a replacement is sent, it will be sent in advance.
